FRIES WITH TOMATO-SESAME-SPRING ONION SAUCE

What do you need?

  • 2 beef tomatoes
  • 2 spring onions
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 tbsp black sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 800 g Original Belgian fries

How do you prepare it?

  1. Deseed and dice the tomato. Thinly slice the spring onions. Peel and crush the garlic. Mix the diced tomatoes, spring onion, garlic, sesame oil, sesame seeds, rice vinegar and soy sauce.
  2. Deep-fry the fries at 170 °C until golden brown.
  3. Serve with the tomato sauce.
